Here at Smoke N’ Mirrors Hair Salon, we are bringing natural beauty to life. And natural beauty starts with natural products. It is very important to us to use a high-end hair color line which is gentle on the senses because it is 100% ammonia free, and consists of 95% biodegradable origins. Doing right by you and being respectful to our environment is a top priority for us. We also believe that every guest deserves a personalized experience, which is why we take the time to get to know each of our clients and their unique hair needs. You are not just another client in the salon, you are our friend, you become our family.

Your first visit and what to expect…

Booking Policy: Appointments can be booked online up to 120 days in advance. All appointments must be held by having a credit card on file.
Cancelation Policy: We appreciate a 48 hour notice for all color service cancellations, and a 24 hour notice for all haircut appointments. This allows us enough time to offer that appointment to someone else. If you have a late cancel, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost as an exchange of time on the schedule. If you do not show up without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
Refund Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 5 days of the date of your service and we will happily adjust what is needed. There are no refunds on services rendered. Retail products are eligible for an exchange or full refund if the bottle has been unopened and unused.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo payments. You may pay for your service in Cash, but limited change is available. Gratuities are not expected, but always appreciated in the form of Cash or Venmo.
You will arrive at the Salon Nordine & Spa Suites building, and there is a spacious lot where parking is easily accessible.
